Mike and his wife Stephanie moved into Princeton Park with their family in June of 2022. Mike was elected president of the PPCA in November 2025 after serving the previous year as Vice-President of the board. Mike is an attorney with his law office in Franklin, IN. Mike believes that being on the PPCA board has been a great experience with unexpected challenges and rewards. Most notably, this community is full of extraordinary people that he would have never met absent being on the PPCA board.

TREASURER

Sarah and her husband Joe have lived in the Princeton Park community for 8 years with their young adult children. Sarah previously served as PPCA Treasurer in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Joe has also served as an ACC committee member and At Large Board member. We joke that we are the gatekeepers of the community since our home is located at the East Entrance to the Community. Sarah works for BCSC as the C4 Budgets and Grants Secretary, as well as a Travel Agent with Pineapple Escapes.

Clif Perryman

Clif and his wife Jane have lived in the Princeton Park Community for over three years.  They are both retired and actively participate in the Columbus community including volunteering at the Love Chapel Food Pantry weekly.  Clif was elected to the PPCA Board in 2024 and accepted the role of Secretary.  He was re-elected to that position at the November 2025 Annual Meeting.  Their youngest daughter and her two littles live in the community, as well.  Clif is honored to serve you in this role.

Laura, husband Shawn, and son Ethan have been proud members of the community for nine years.  I'm committed to supporting transparent operations and helping maintain a well‑managed, and welcoming neighborhood.  I am passionate about keeping the neighborhood thriving for all residents.
 


 
OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES (per the 2020 Revised & Restated Covenants)
 
The President. The President shall be elected from among the Directors and shall be the chief executive officer of the Association. The President shall preside at all meetings of the  Association and of the Board, shall have and discharge all the general powers and duties usually vested  in the office of the president or chief executive officer of a nonprofit corporation organized under the  laws of Indiana, including, but not limited to, the power to appoint committees from among the  Owners as he or she may deem necessary to assist in the affairs of the Association and to perform such  other duties as the Board may from time to time prescribe.  
 
The Vice-President. The Vice-President shall be elected from among the Directors and shall perform all duties incumbent upon the President during the absence or disability of the President. The Vice-President shall also perform such other duties as these By-Laws may prescribe or as shall, from time to time, be imposed upon him or her by the Board or by the President.  
 
The Treasurer. The Treasurer shall maintain a correct and complete record of account showing accurately at all times the financial condition of the Association and such other duties incident to the office of Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be legal custodian of all monies, notes, securities, and other valuables which may from time to time come into possession of the Association. He or she shall immediately deposit all funds of the Association coming into his or her hands in some reliable bank or other depository to be designated by the Board and shall keep such bank account in the name and for the exclusive benefit of the Association. The Treasurer shall disburse such funds as necessary for payment of the legal debts of the Association or made in ordinary course of business conducted within the limits of the approved annual budget. The Treasurer shall conduct an internal review of the Association books at the completion of each fiscal year and present the findings to the Board. The Treasurer and shall prepare an annual budget and statement of income and expenditures for Board review and presentation to Association Members at the Annual Meeting.
 
The Secretary. The Secretary shall be elected from among the Directors. The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the Association and of the Board and shall keep or cause to be kept a true and complete record of proceedings of such meetings, shall authenticate the Association’s records, shall perform all other duties incident to the office of the Secretary, and such other duties as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board. The Secretary shall specifically see that all notices of the Association or the Board are duly given, mailed, Emailed, or delivered, in accordance with the provisions of these By-Laws.
