Legal Notice: Our By-Laws and Indiana State Law regulating Homeowner Associations requires us to inform you that you have a right to demand a Special Meeting if at least ten percent (10%) of the community homeowners agree. The demand for a Special Meeting must be submitted to the Board in writing describing the purpose of the meeting and signed by at least sixteen (16) members requesting the special meeting.
